PETA’s Next Target: Kardashian’s Fur-Clad Back

TV’s most vivacious and popular reality show star may have the most hits there can be on Google and other entertainment sites, but she’s about to get another hit: From People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).  Kim Kardashian is hot in the eyes of PETA, but definitely not in a good way. PETA has released a warning, stating that America’s highest-paid reality actress is about to be their next pet project.

The animal rights group’s spokesperson informed In Touch that Kim Kardashian had anything and everything. What she doesn’t have apparently, and according to the PETA’s representative was the respect for wildlife and the compassion for animals whose fur gets ripped from their bodies just so people like Kardashian could own a highly fashionable fur coat or jacket. PETA also made a comparison between the fur-clad reality star and her fur-free sibling Khloe, saying that they wish she could take after the latter, but it didn’t look as if generosity and kindness were big in their family.

And what, pray, has PETA sent the voluptuous Hollywood celebrity? An informant who also happens to be a friend of Kim Kardashian revealed that the latter apparently was sent some “hard-line literature” on animals and the heartless taking of their fur just for human fashion. What was her reaction then? One thing is for sure: Whatever was written on that piece of literature certainly has created an impact because Kardashian now appears to be reconsidering her love for fur, and rethinking about her fashion sense.

Internet Radio is the New Radio Culture

One of the advantages of having internet access is having internet radio. With this, anyone can just pick an online radio station to stream music from. Unlike the traditional AM/FM radio, the internet radio has a wide selection of music genres for personalized radio listening. There are hundreds of selections for different music genres so nobody would grow tired and bored from listening to the same music all over again. With this, a person may use his computer for work while listening to an internet radio.

Listening to music online is better than tuning in the radio to search for a station that plays good music. Since listeners have no control to what DJ’s would play on air, they always end up not enjoying listening to music. Unlike listening to online music, listeners can choose what genre or type of music to play from a wide array of musical selection, including the most popular ones and the most recommended ones.

A lot of people likes to listen to 90s music. It was in this decade when dance music was more popularized, especially when Britney Spears’ “hit me baby” and Christina Aguilera’s “genie in a bottle” became a hit. Singers like Madonna, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, and N’ Sync were also popular during this time along with hundreds of other singers. It was also in this decade when MTV became more popular and really made profound impact to viewers. Along with this, the fashion sense of many teenagers has improved due to the influence of their favorite bands or singers.
